Less that 12.6 volts & it is not a fully charged & healthy battery.

As I said above & as the above poster says, your battery is flatter than a flat thing, charge it up FULLY then test it, it should read 12.6v ish and then try again.

To help with further diagnosis -

Does it even try to turn over?

When you turn the key to the start position do the dashboard lights go dim?

Can you hear any clicking noise when you turn the key?

Did it stop normally the last time you drove it?

Starter motors are common, good luck fitting one they are not the nicest of things to fit.

It still could be a connection to the starter circuit, get under the car & properly check them out.

Renault/Vauxhall in there wisdom mount it higher up below the inlet manifold, to get it out you need to remove the front of the van

I've done a couple for customers, well one starter and another job that needed the front taking off. You will have to drain the radiator and get the air conditioning de-gassed if it has it.

It's more time consuming than difficult, the bumper lights and complete front panel will need to come of and the starter is pretty much in the middle.

Good luck
