I'm struggling to find a small oval blanking plug to fill a hole 15x5mm - anyone got any pointers please? Can only find plastic end caps of a similar size but I'd rather have a flexible rubber one give a better seal, if they exist in that size?

What panel thickness? How well sealed does it need to be?

Panel is about 2mm, want to keep rain out but can seal from the other side if necessary.

If you'd consider DIY solutions, two options are:

Cut a slot across a round blanking seal the right size, squash it to the right shape and then glue the overlapping parts together.
Line the opening with double sided gromit strip and then push a suitable size over filler into the middle.

Alternatively, 3d print a top hat plug designed to push in from one side and glue it in place.

If you can't make something to fit the hole, make the hole fit something that exists. Make the hole round, buy a grommet/blanking plug for pennies. Job jobbed.

I've got a plug that's too big but with some rubber grease and pulling it through with pliers, it might fit.

Otherwise as suggested I'll either mod the hole or see if I can get some one with some TPU to print one.
