My partner has a 2013 vivaro 2.0 and it is really sluggish in low gears. Has had the air filter, sensor and MAF sensor replaced and still happening with engine fault? Please help

Job #1.

Get the error code read then we will have a clue as there could be any one of many, many reasons.

EGR valve stuck open is very common on those.
