BMW N45 Engine Common Oil Leaks

My friend has a very leaky 2006 BMW 116i with the N45 engine. I’ll be doing the valve cover gasket soon as it’s pretty obviously leaking. However, I think it’s fair to say it’s probably leaking in more than one spot. The oil filter housing doesn’t actually look like it’s leaking and neither do the Vanos connections at the front.

Is anyone aware of any other common spots to check, or anything to look out for when doing the valve cover?
