2013 ibiza no lights working

My neice has a 2013 seat ibiza. It has just failed it MOT. Mainly due to no lights working. I have not seen the car yet or plugged it in.
I am woundering if there is a common problem or something someone has came across before.
To me it sounds like wiring or BCM problem.
Yes the bulbs have all been changed.

Got the car plugged in tonight.
All lights were working but code reader gave me this code.
At the time the lights were working but data showed it had happened 8 times since last reset.
Looking under scuttle panel on o/s bellow wiper. I can see a wiring loom coming through and some of the wires are visble. But without removeing wiper etc cant check for breaks. But it is open to the elements so i assume water is traveling down the wire to the bcm that is behind fuse box under steering wheel.
All seems ok just now with car but rain has just started so will see come retest time.....
Also you can fit a bag of rice in cover over fuse box.
So that could be the fix.
