Seat ateca 2.0 tdi rough idle

So I have a Seat ateca 2.0 tdi with rough idle. I scanned it and have some strange data on cylinder 3. Pulled the injectors out and had them cleaned and professionally tested and all are in specs. So any idea where to look next?

You've not mentioned what age/year or engine code it is, but the more recent 4 cylinder diesels from Volkswagen/Audi/Seat/Skoda have a combustion pressure sensor in the glow plug on cylinder 3 only.
This is what the data is showing you.

Have a look at injector deviation values, anything over +1.6mg/s can cause running issues. Doesn't mean the injector is faulty, it could be a sign the compression is down on the cylinder with the biggest deviation from 0

You beat me to it (on your second point) I would have been suggesting a compression check.
