Anyone have a good recommendation for one of those magnetic blankets you can drape over the wing while working in the engine bay?

Many thanks! E-numbers

Edit: also: bruder mannesman, Starwood or some other brand of socket set? I have an old Halfords professional set which has been great but the case is broken and bits are missing.

Bahco are my go-to for socket sets these days, a nice balance of cost and quality.

Halfords pro is still hard to beat for value tbh, Bacho are very good though.

Be careful with magnetic. I have one , got it for Christmas. So far I used in on my old Jag, aluminium fail. My old Lotus, fiberglass fail . My old dog car Citroen C3 , plastic fail.

ETA.
Metal filings stuck on the magnets - EPIC FAIL!

Only ever used one once, never again.

I just buy bath towels as they dont scratch and can be thrown in the wash easily.
