Kia carens 2016, noise identification
Discussion
Hi,
can anyone help diagnose this noise from my 2016 kia carens. I had it a couple of months ago then it stopped now it's come back and louder than before. Last time it would come and go, so when I tried to get it looked at the noise would stop on the day it was due to be looked at. In the end a garage sprayed something on the belt but the noise stopped before they did that, so no idea it that helped or it just stopped.
The noise seems to come from the battery side of the engine bay over on the right. A high pitched noise that is there as soon as the engine is on. It's present when idling, and is just constant really, doesn't really change with acceleration or braking, is the same at any speed. The only time it has a noticeable change is then I coast at a high speed ( leaving a motorway for example).
When I do that the pitch of the noise increases, then back to normal when I continue to drive, I hope that can narrow down any possible suspects.
I've added a link to a short video of the noise I put on YouTube.
If anyone has any experience of this noise or possible culprits it would really help because I'm stumped.
Thanks in advance.

I'm not really too sure to be honest I'm only really familiar with the basics, the alternator looks like it's located on the left
Sorry, my bad. When you said right hand side you are standing in front of the car, I am assuming sat in the car, my mistake.
Could be a high pressure fuel pump, but can't really see from that clip.
