The description seems pretty clear for what they want.

Steelman ChassisEAR and similar electronic diagnostic tools use multiple microphone clamps (usually 4 to 6) attached to a vehicle's chassis, suspension, or engine to pinpoint the exact source of squeaks, rattles, and clunks while driving. These tools, often called automotive stethoscopes, amplify sounds in real-time, allowing technicians to isolate noises and distinguish between components like bearings, brakes, or bushings, saving significant diagnostic time.

Thanks. I've searched but they only seem to be wired versions.

If you google wireless lavalier microphone you’ll find plenty of options for your phone for a few pounds.
They’re so cheap I can’t see anyone spending the cash to develop a multi channel version for automotive use as the potential market would be so small

In the past I've got a cheapie action cam off amazon and mounted it pointing at bushes etc to trace a hard to trace issue.
