Porsche M96 cam joural advice

Replacing the vario cam tension guides, on cylinders 4-6, which had worn, top espically. However after removing the camshafts I inspected the journals, some light scoring on the first journal. Engines got 82k on the clock, ive owned for 6 years. last 3 years used millers 10/50 motorsport oil and only really used in summer with occational track day.

Thoughts on the joural condition greatuflly recevied.
