How do I undo this connector?

Was changing the headlights on the Peugeot Partner and I never did manage to undo it, so I managed with the bumper in-situ, just for next time it'd be good to know how?

Press the raised area of the yellow section down (the two ridges on the photo) then slide it out (up on the photo). The plug should then undo.

By down you mean into the connector body, or down to the bottom of the picture? They didn't budge at all and I didn't want to force them.
