Nice litle run to Wem get tipped and then a quick visit to the midway at whitchurch for one of there homemade steak and kidney pies with potatoes and veg then back home....

i'm doing o.t on sunday night, the long trek that is basildon to smithfield meat market
london on a sunday night is quite enjoyable, and the caffs around smithfield are spot on and 24 hour opening
