Maxus eDeliver9, anybody using one? Need some opinions
Discussion
Thinking about one of these eDeliver9 in 88kwh form, for a camper build, on my second long term Stellantis Ducato motorhome/camper & I'm never buying another one, dreadful things to drive in every respect especially over a distance!
Has anybody any experience of the Maxus? Fleet or owner driver. Reviews seem positive, comfortable to drive apparently, 88kwh is big enough battery & hence should give a decent real world range, 150kw charging is decent too & the charge port is in the right place unlike the Fiat options. 200+ bhp but limited to 56mph I'm aware but can live with that (I'm currently testing hgv's in EV form for work & happy to bumble along in the slow lane) decent warranty for a few years allegedly.
They are really cheap in slightly used guise but have no experience of the brand personally but do most others via work & know ev stuff inside out. I essentially want something that's nice & quiet to drive & comfortable. I'm hoping reliable too??
I'll be doing a camper conversion, I'm aware not everything will be off the shelf like the Ducato/Sprinter/options & plan to keep it a good few years.
Any input appreciated

No idea about the EV but sold quite a few diesels and, touch wood, not had any issues in prep or after delivery. Nowhere near as solid as a Transit but that's ideal for your purposes as much lighter. Nice spec and the network seems pretty good for aftersales.
Thanks, the network seems pretty good up here in Scotland too. I've dismissed the transit, long term rust and too small a battery though the ride in them is generally very good or always was. Interesting about the weight even the 88kwh Maxus has a higher payload then the transit option & from what I gather there's the N2 option of 4250kg gross though not sure if it's standard or option you can upgrade / uplate to?
Looks like 4250 is standard...

Don't forget the 3000 mile inspection if you do buy one, I had one dealer get a bit funny about warranty on one that had missed it.

Really? That's a new one on me, thanks for the heads up. That's potentially a rather un handy thing for someone who lives in a remote part of Scotland! https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&...
