I don't think its any great secret my love of the Mercedes Sprinter , I currently run five of them and have owned nothing else since their introduction in 1995.
In fact I appreciate any Commercial Vehicle that has stood the test of time and occasionally when I find one perhaps in a backstreet garage or with a one man band Tradesman who has owned it from new , treasured it and is perhaps now retiring and selling up , it genuinely makes my day .
I was wondering if anyone feels likewise and if there was any demand for a Thread on Commercials of yesteryear , perhaps you could stick up your Pictures and even your experiences of owning or driving them .
I shall kick it off with this one I came across this morning which was the first facelift on the T1N generation which ran from 1995 to 2006 . Although this one appears to be missing a few MOTs there cant be many left in this condition . I remember buying them used back in the early 2000s , I think this is the first used one I have seen with the vents still intact and extra marks for the Mercedes Mat . It's a steal at the money being asked and especially at this mileage .
3 Owners and the missing MOTs may be another matter though the overall condition looks excellent .

The final edition of the CF . I remember British Gas with a Fleet of these in Panel Van form with Double Wheelbase back in Bletchley in the late eighties .
I always thought they had a bit of a presence about them moreso than the Transit of the time .
