I joined motorhomefacts website for £12.50 a year and their insurance came out well cheaper than Comfort for me albeit that I think they are the same broker! It more than covered the 12.50 plus you get access to their forums and loads of useful info/knowledgeable people.

Safeguard fromme. Good value and comes complete with Breakdown & Recovery cover (which isn't restricted on weight or length, importantly).

Will be trying A Plan in April though, as I have two cars and the house insured with them so hopefully will do a good deal.

I've used Caravan guard of Halifax for the last six years on our two motorhomes, very competitive, they should mirror any no claims you have on your car and breakdown cover thrown in.

Also comes out very highly in reviews.

I use their Chelmsford branch but evidently they can be more competitive through their Thatcham branch for motor policies.

I used A Plan Thatcham in the past for my motorhome, got my camper insured with A Plan Schemes which is a separate branch in Thatcham.

Usually a good price and cover all the bits inside.

Got my breakdown through them when I set up the policy. Good if your motorhome is over 3.5t or as in my case my camper is more than 15 yrs old so it can be expensive for a breakdown policy elsewhere.
