Transit mk5 motorhome.
Discussion
Been looking at a few autosleeper old motorhomes with the transit mk5 base as they tend to offer more belted seats.
Anyway they also seem to all have some sort of rust issues just like the regular vans do. As a quick guesstimate how much would it be to replace inner and outer front wings. Silly money? Like thousands?

Transits have and rap for getting half inched but that's the later ones you can steel with a spoon!
Autosleepr Pollensa and Amethyst have 4 belts, ypu can get a Peugeot based Pollensa too but they are all getting rusty at that age.
Loads of other 4 seatbelt coschbuilts around, anything with dinette seating will offer that either some European vans like older CI, Rollerteam, Mclouis, Burstner, Hymer etc sometimes having rear facing belts too for 5 or 6 in total.
