Ahead of a planned europe tour which will involve a mix of camping and hotels we had a test run last night.

Bought a 3man pop up, a double sim, couple of sleeping bags and that's about it. Travelling light, seems gazebos,wind breaks,fire pits,bbq's,
dogs are the must haves.

First impressions...It can only get better !

Back out today for better pillows and ear plugs...jeez who knew how loud the dawn chorus was going to be...it almost drowned out next doors snoring and the neighbours on the other side chatting at 6am.
Any First timer tips ??

Something to make a decent coffee with, we have a Mokka Pot & Trivet for the gas hob in the caravan if we are not hooked up for electric, if we are then we use a Dolce Gusto

Decent leatherman or similar, always seem to use that when I'm away at the caravan for something or other
