Best tyres for an older coachbuild
Discussion
Hi all,
We have a 2004 Pug Boxer with a Autocruise Starfire EL on top, (rev weight 3.5 tons, but closer to 3 tons)
Brought it a year a go and with the MOT coming up id like to get some new tyres, What's good out there? I'll update this with there size later just want to start looking at brands
Just some background too, most of the site we go to are off grid and in fields of various degrees so good grip is essential! especially after the damp May Bank Holiday we just had
Thanks in advance

I fitted Michelin agilis crossclimates on my van of similar weight.
The sales stuff for them talks about how good they are offroad.
They coped well with the mud at Prescott until I went onto some really soft ground where all 4 wheels just sank into the mud, ( had to be towed out).
They are quiet on the motorway which not all m&s tyres are.
I did not get the camper specific agilis crossclimates as not only are they more expensive but I read that they give a harder ride due to the stiffened sidewalls (to resist deformation during long periods of parking).
