Partner/Berlingo removing wheelchair ramp
Discussion
Hi all, I'm looking at getting a partner tepee/Berlingo and converting to microcamper, however a lot of used ones have a wheelchair ramp and/or winch installed. Anyone have any idea how easy these are to remove and retrofit the vehicle with a standard floor in boot?
Thanks for any help

Matt from High Peak Autos bought a cheap Berlingo. This may have some useful info if you're still in the research phase. I’m sure the forum will be interested in your conversion and subsequent outings!

As above, look for a non WAV converted one if you don’t want the ramp. The rear floor is cut out and lowered on a converted Berlingo/Partner, leading to bespoke exhausts, loss of underfloor spare wheel storage and sometimes loss of some 2nd row seating capability. Who knows how well the converted bits of the body are sealed or rustproofed too.
