I have a 2020 Ford Nugget which unfortunately has an issue with the interior control system.

The unit that controls all the camper side of things, Fridge, heater, lighting etc is blank. I've checked fuses and cut off switches and they all seem to be present an correct but still nothing.

Has anyone experienced this before? any idea how I can fault find or fix?

What make is the control unit? (I am guessing it is not made by Ford).

The control unit is one of these -

I've checked the obvious and run a voltage check on the batteries with both reading 12.7v

I have also removed the neg post on both batteries for 30min in the hope of a soft reset but nothing.

The only thing I've found is that the test button on the fuse for the habitation section does not function. I believe this is a sign that its not receiving any power. Just not sure if the control unit power this or the power runs through the fuse to the control unit.

At a guess, there may be a fuse board hidden in the camper conversion somewhere that you haven't found yet. Is there anything in the owners manual listing out all of the fuses and fuseboard locations so you know that you have checked and found them all.

Your unit looks like it might be a Webasto, its the same as what was fitted in the Mercedes Marco Polo vans at the start of production, they're universally used in a few vehicles I think.
