4x100 alloys - options.
Discussion
I've recently acquired a SL Industries Pod-E teardrop caravan and am in the process of making it look how I want. It's got 13" steel wheels which are fine but my mind keeps on turning to alloy options. The current rims are 4x100, 4.5 -13 ET30 and I can't really go wider without changing the mudguards and some serious spacers. I will be changing the tyre size from 145/80 to 165/70 which have the same rolling diameter.
Thought it a good idea to tap into the PH hive mind, see if there are any options I could look into, either OEM or aftermarket, and get some ideas. The whole caravan weighs 245kg so a pair of wheels from a city car etc will easily cope with the load. So what 13" wheels are out there that would suit a small teardrop caravan?
