We are going to be picking up our new (to us) Dandy camper tomorrow. It's a 1980's model and has been kept very well and professionally overhauled whilst retaining the retro features.

The long term plan is to use my 1973 P5B coupe as the tow car for the complete nostalgia vibe and to have a base to stay at some of the more distant car shows.

Any other Dandy owners?

Enjoy beer
I had to Google Dandy campers, came up with trailer tent. I had one (Trigano) around 30 years ago, and had some great holidays in it with 5 kids. I used to tow it with a 7 seater Renault Espace, great times.

20 years ago when my youngest was a baby we stayed (with Keycamp in a mobile home) in a place called La Foret in the Vendee. This was a campsite in the grounds of a Chateaux and was a most charming place.

When walking back from the bar one night (that was in an old stable) I saw a Dandy Trailer Tent that was clearly from the late 70’s. It looked really cool.

Don’t forget to post some pictures of your retro combination.
