Cerbera or Tuscan? Which would you choose?
Discussion
A little forward planning going on here but these decisions take time.
I've always hankered after the 4.5LW Cerbie to complement our Chimaera but am now finding myself strangely drawn to a Tuscan. I know the Tuscan has up to the minute looks and a roof that comes off but we would still have the Chimaera for those kind of moments.
A Cerbera would be good if we wanted to go out as a family - but did I hear you could get a 2+2 Tuscan with smaller fuel tanks?
Just for this excercise leave the cash issue to one side if you were going to buy either second hand which would you go for?

I've gotta say that although I do love the Tuscan and its outrageous styling etc its just the V8 noise that gets me. I know you have a Chim and thats obviously a V8 but there is just something about the Cerbera that separates it from all the others, I cant put my finger on what it is but its something.
4.5 LW RR Cerbera in Chameleon Orange with Black Leather for me next I think, and the only thing that will possibly part me from that is a Tamora S if they make one or a previously enjoyed F355 F1 Spyder.

We were faced with the choice between the Cerbera and the Tuscan S when we came to replace our Chimaera 500.
We chose the Cerbera Red Rose with close ratio gearbox and the car is fantastic. The choice however was difficult 51% Cerbera 49% Tuscan S but we are very happy with the decision

Sorry to disagree with most people. But if you are are already lucky enough to have the V8 Chim, I say go for the Tuscan. They really are the best looking car I have ever seen in my life, I personally would have a Tuscan over ANY car, but then I love em. I know they might not be the quickest car out there, but they are not slow, and look at them, how could you not love them?!
I agree with Moleamol too. The Tuscan looks fantastic, whereas the Cerbera just looks bloody good, although the sound of the v8 is sweet. I'm looking to buy a Tuscan at the moment, or will be if I can just stop worrying about the whole sp6 blowing up thing.
The cerbera definitely looks better with the sp12 light conversion and spiders, as it makes it more agressive.

This is the same dilema I suffered when I finally ended up buying mine. In the end I went for the Tuscan S rather than the Cerb because it was the latest car and looked much more modern with the funky interior (IMHO)...... However if I was keeping my Chimaera then I may have gone for the Cerbie for the added practicality
