Seen the finished article before, but the progress pics were interesting. Warning - link not suitable for dialup!

That one's been on here a few times.

If you look in Exchange and Mart or Classic Car there are quite a few companies doing amazing looking garages of timber construction.

Nice. I don't like the floor though.

I hope that kid realises how lucky he is - he has a cool garage with a GT3 and an arcade game.

What were the stairs for though?

Last picture I guess.

I'd have up a pit in as well for bigger cars.

The toys are for the guy who owns the cars. He's a car nut, often posts on Rennlist.

The stairs lead to a storage bay upstairs. He hasn't decided what to do with that yet, but he was thinking of sticking a pool table, home cinema etc in and having it as a bloke's room.

The progress on Dave's new kit car couldn't exactly be called frenetic.

nice workshop!!, reminds me of a (smaller tho) place a mate of mine rented near Aylesbury, that was a decint sized garage, with a flat conversion up stairs, stunning views across the fields, Triumph stags in the garage below (shame they belonged to the land lord!!
I'd convert the loft area into living space and flogg the house of myself!!
