Right, ok. My first car was a charcoal grey 205 gti. Very reliable, really fun to drive, good torque, comfortable, big enough to throw two downhill bikes in the back with kit and I even think they look pretty good

Most amusing moment was doing double the national limit on back roads home from the pub one night. My mate in the passenger seat decided to throw his smoke out of the sun roof only for it to get blown back into the car and down the back of my shirt.
Theres me trying to keep it on the black stuff whilst grinding by back into the seat trying to put it out.

Renault 5 GTL 1.1 on a X Plate.... In a loverly dirty gold colour. Covered 9,000 miles in the first 3 months following my test... then just about fell apart!
It was guttless, had body panels made of tin foil - but served a purpose...

HA! My first car was a fiesta 1.3l It was white, with contrasting rust patches, a dodgy looking Xr2 body kit and 'sports' wheel trims. I later added some lovely paper-cone 6x9's (mmmmmm)

Dont worry im not a 'max power' person (i was gonna say something rude but thought not) the only thing i'll do to it is have new alloys! i'll save the money most people would spend on stupid bodykits to after a couple years get a better, faster, more powerful car

My first car was a Vauxhall Chevette saloon, 1256cc. Ahh.. power-slides in the snow.. and on a seperate occasion hoofing it into a field at an alarming speed in the middle of the night...
The car survived that experience and went on for some time until my exuberance got the better of the engine, which snapped a conrod and helpfully gouged out some new waterways in the cylinder bore... ho hum..

Quickly realised that the 1100cc engine was seriously lacking in grunt, with a top speed of 78mph, so I embarked on a series of performance mods, which included spraying the steel wheels a rather fetching shade of blue, and the application of some go-faster stripes.
Needless to say, the performance and handling were transformed by these subtle mods, and I became the proud owner of one of the fastest cars in Sussex......

Lancia Y10 Fire, 
No exterior mods except from the mismatched colours due to smashing it 3 times, all front ends, but it had a boot full of base, 10" Tube, 6x9's on the shelf, big amps, top spec headunit, but rememeber this was the late 80's early 90's and every other Nova didn't drive past going Boom Boom Boom.
