if ure mot expires on 30th march for example is that midnight on the 30th or midnight on 29th? ie have i got to get one tomorow or can i wait until wed?!

yes cos if i leave it till wed and it ended 12 the night before my insurance is invalid!

Does your policy specifically say that?

If you sued them for a claim refusal, I think they'd have a hard time justifying themselves, as the MoT merely certifies your car was roadworthy on one specific day, up to 364 days ago.
