Cars the look better in print
Discussion
Anyone been excited by a car seen in a mag then disappointed when they've eventually seen it in the flesh?
Saw the Nissan 350Z outside my apartment a few days ago. Rear end is okay thanks to stealing the styling from the TT. The car as a whole just has no road presence. Makes a change from all the usual trucks with 22in chrome rims around here though.
The driver was convinced he was the coolest person in NYC. How I laughed

Hate to say it, but I've never reckoned the Ferrari 550/575 photographs well.....but see one in the flesh and it's just gorgeous.
Same goes for the Pagani Zonda. Looks a bit of a mish-mash in piccies, but up close and personal you get to pick out all the amazing details. Never thought a car could be worth £300K, but this one might just be! The detailing is superb.
I know this is the opposite of the thread title, but hey.....
