If you want to come you'll need to book this week. No more bookings after Friday as we'll need to finalise table plans, badges etc.

And any of you single guys dithering about coming because you haven't got any arm-candy, worry not there will be plenty of single chaps going. And probably some more single chaps by the end of the evening

yo, Ted... I'm a tad short of readies, but can afford the ticket + Hotel. How strict is the dress code? I have some fairly smart gear, just not "top rate" stuff. How's that fit in with the Black Tie theme?

cheers, Carl.

I would have been stuffed if there was a dress code as the ex cut my suit up , so i would have been in my biker leathers and a black tie

In that outfit you could lead Mungo around on his leash

Actually, Mrs Yertis was going to come in her black rubber and ripstop outfit she had made up a couple of years ago for a school reunion. But unfortunately we can't make it now.

Ah, but if it's a leather leash that's probably the next best thing.
