What've you found in wierd places in your car?
Discussion
Just taken the passenger seat out of the westfield and found £4 under there.
On work experience we serviced a guys porsche and found a blonde wig under one of the seats
So what have you found in your car, when you bought it or did something to it?
And if someone says seats and a steering wheel I'll shoot em

An ex-lecturer of mine found a missing T-bone steak under the passenger seat of his motor. He'd got pissed at lunctime, driven to the supermarket and it had fallen out. Found it a couple of days later when it began to smell, he was too pissed to rember buying it
PS -Graham J, is that your Landy for sale on findit.co.uk -sort of recognised the garage from pics of the westy you've posted here

Not my car but...Whilst I was doing some voluntary work in Malaysia for Raleigh International a group of volunteers were visited by the Expedition leader and the head honcho of Raleigh. Whilst said visitors were being shown around the project a certain nameless individual (and not me!!)
placed 4 rather fresh fish heads at strategic points around the engine bay of the land rover.
Visitors had 150 mile drive back to the Fieldbase
Expedition Leader was not a happy bunny after returning the Director to his hotel.
Last fish head was eventually discovered 4 days later.

Obviously a "Friday" car![]()

I found a gold watch down under one of the side pocket liners in Fred (my second mini)when I was rebuilding her. Called the previous owner who knew nothing about it...
...sadly it was totally knackered, it had obviously been there for years, so I slung it out.

I found a rusty pair of pliers in the inner rear wing of my Supra, spent a few minutes cleaning them up and they work great now!
I read about someone on the 200SX bulletin board who bought one s/h, fully HPI checked out etc, and then found a polaroid of the car somewhere in the boot, all smashed up at a bodyshop!

When I bought my very used MR2, in the front boot bit, under the spare wheel, I found -
A large roll of towel from a public toilet hand towel rotating thing
13 golf balls
Assorted golf tees etc
22 assorted rusty spanners and screwdrivers (2 fit to keep)
A large roll of fibreglass matting
5 celebration fake coins from Sainsburys
An empty can of red spray paint
About £3 in change
Two reed beach mat things
Two pens
A large can of WD40, almost full
I must have saved about 20 kilos from the body weight when I dumped that lot (except the WD40 and the money!) but probably added almost as much by covering all the rust with Duck tape.

On a night out i put my door keys under the passenger seat of my mates pride & joy 996 C4.after a few beers returning home I put my hand under the seat to retrieve the keys and pulled out a pack of bacon rashers 6 months out of date!...bit of shock, but even after the beers i wasn't that hungry.
