hi all, good to meet some of you, nice selection of motors, and good pub to drink in. Sorry I cleared off so quick, but Mrs Biker only had 1 hours sleep (night shift), and I was feeling a ratty b'stard for no readily apparent reason other than the winter, and missing my bike!

Hope that the weather rapidly turns into spring & summer climes again, and I can show my bike off at a meet somewhere. And there is a challenge here, to the rather excellent white Skyline - find a safe bit of road & drag it! - can't have anyone thinking they're gonna get the better of a sportsbike!!!

Once again sorry I disappeared with hardly a word - but it was better that way . And possibly I ought to turn up without my other half! - she was a bit taken aback at the nice lady who walked over and introduced herself!!! (nice to meet you anyway!)

cheers all, Carl

Great meet at VW on Saturday despite the freezing toes. Nice to be able to have uninhibited conversation about cars, and meet others who are just as passionate.

Melv's diet911 did it for me, followed him up the A30 on the way out and boy is that thang quick!!

BTW did the owner of the Rover Dump Valve receive the penalty for driving up with his fog lamps on???

PS The wife did not manage to finish all the Xmas shopping so anyone fancy it again this Saturday??????
Please?!?!??

Hi Guys,

Sorry, I didn't get to meet most of you guys. I made the mistake of bringing the missus along, so had to get food as soon as we got there and (not surpisingly) most people had gone by the time we were finished!

We did manage to find the best table to sit at though - right next to the traffic lights with a view straight down the A30. So I was able to sit and watch the motors.

Cheers

M3EVO,

Thanks for the spin on Saturday ... I thought we may just catch Melv's 911 at one point (well nearly !).

I would definitely be up for another meet on Saturday, what better excuse to avoid the last minute xmas shopping.

Cheers

Paul
