centre diff required for odd 4wd project
Discussion
A mate of mine is building his own 4wd car, from a 2wd version. The only part he's lacking is a centre diff. (i.e. the diff on the propshaft between front / rear)
Can anyone think of a 4wd car that has an easily removable centre diff (pref as a completely standalone unit) that he could use on his project?

I know somebody who's doing something along these lines, using a chain to transfer sideways off the input flange for the rear diff, and an electronically controlled dry clutch to disconnect the front to promote oversteer on demand. (This is on a supercharged V8 with about 500 bhp/ton.)
