Check this out, 2 Londoners have set this up as a protest for the congestion charge. There is also a petition that can be signed which will be sent to The House of Commons, the Mayor's office and the offices of every London MP every month.

You know, correct me if I'm wrong, Zee but these type of unapologetic and thankfully well organised assaults on the ecoweenies are increasingly going to prove to be the best approach in tackling all the issues that so irk us all - a stance I'm sure you've preached many times before?
That actually doing something 'within the system' CAN provide a little light at the tunnels end.
