Murcielago in Basingstoke??

Did my eyes deceive me or did I see a foreign (Italian?) registered, yellow Murkylegoblock pulling out of the Shell garage on Worting Road yesterday?

Can any other Basingstoke PHers confirm my sighting around the town?

Unfortunately, I was woefully distracted by a car full of cackling women who didn't know what a Murcielago is

CarZee, what time did you see it, I was over at the college as I had a meeting with my tutor about what's going on with my illness etc

I was there at about 11am, if it was there when I was i'm going to be annoyed, i've only seen a black one rip past us on the m-way at about 140mph

I saw it outside Cafe Rouge in the town centre, but I couldn't tell anyone as I had my mouth full at the time.

GrahamJ - was that the black one with a registration something like TOM### ? (something like that) I saw it about 2 months ago on the M4 - we followed it out of one the service stations and once it was on the slip road he was gone!

I saw a black one going through Southampton yesterday, couldnt read the plate. Also saw a v nice yellow fezza 360 spider about 1/2 mile away on my drive in. Wus didnt have his roof down though

I can confirm that their was a yellow Murciélago in basingstoke yesterday. Took my kids to school yesterday morning, the lambo pulled in the car park, door flipped up, out jumped a rugrat and off he went. He gave it a few revs when leaving the, sounded very nice.

Yup, think that was the one, and it was about 2 months ago.

Damn thing didn't half shift, we were doing about 80 (as was everyone else in the outside lane) and this 'thing' just appeared with lights ablazing, saw the lights about 1/2 mile behind and moved over and it just flew past.

Has anyone seen the purple countach around the M4?? I've seen it a couple of times.
