I'm having a bit of a problem with the company I work for and claiming what I am Entitled to. Can somebody please post a link to one of these Government sites that Details the rights of an Employee please.

Min Wage, Holiday entitlements etc etc!

I had the privelige of fighting my own case in an employment tribunal.

Also worth talking to your local Citizens Advice as they seem to hold all the relevant documents and they can also recommend the local specialist soliciotr who may give the initial 30 min interview for free.
