Just been talking to friends in New York - snowing heavily there. So New York had a White Thansgiving and a White Christmas - odds against that must have been humungous.

My Morphy Richards weather station (thansk Santa!)tells me its 10.5 degrees C in Surrey and the barometers falling - looks like a load of rain on the way. Great!

Also found out I can get 7 letters/numbers on the Florida number plate so LONDON1 or EFF OFF might be on the cards.

Speaking of the UK, I went a bit crazy last night while stocking up on EVO, CAR and Forza. A Yank was having a go at the Brits because he got given a 10p instead of a quarter. Started saying crap like "gaadamn Brits don't ever know what they're doin', we just tell 'em what to do". In my full-strength upperclass accent I said "Look here my good man, I'd rather be a Brit than a foolish Yank with terribly cheap shoes and a monkey for a president". Guy behind the counter almost died laughing. UK 1 USA 0 bloody right!

Glad I pulled a good line out at the right time for once. To often you think of a good one afterwards.

He was a big f***er too. Looked like he lifted heavy things on a regular basis for a living. MARA lives to drive another day.
