I see whatsisface got it wrong...the coupe body will make the car stiffer - how?, if it has a seperate chassis and the GRP is unstressed ??

Got a VCD quality mpeg of the whole thing - got the pc to tape it as I was over the outlaws and didn't know if I'd get back in time, so if anyone wants bits of it and someone can host it, post here..

I think it will be the 6 point roll cage which gives the car the added stiffness.

How big (filewise) is the relevant bit?

I'll check when I get home - the 350c bit will be reasonably big - reckon about 25-35mb

edited to say:

the above figure is probably way off in truth - the whole of TG is >600mb - I'll post here when I've stripped it out.

We have a fairly well equipped editing suite here in the office that can squeeze the bitrate down if needed, but I might be able to host the file at home anyway (provided my server can withstand the massive load - not from PH users, it is the scrpt-kiddie net-vandals that will cause the trouble if any)

Ok extracted 3 bits which should be of interest - Stigs lap in the esprit(8.7mb) and his 2 laps in the 350c (9.35mb & 3.7mb)

I can do a couple more if anyone wants - although not sure how much jimbro can host but if I know before 9pm I can cut the bits and burn them onto a cd and worry about getting them to him on works bandwidth tommorrow.

I have about 25Mb of unused hosted storage plus I have my own server with several gb of space but I can not vouch for the reliability of it. I don't normally open it up for public access thanks to the terrific number of idiot kiddies who just try to pull it apart within hours (I was seeing 100+ attacks on it per day and that was just the ones I detected)
