And I'm pi$$ed off. Went to bed at 12:30am. Just nodded off when the phone goes. 2am. Just lost all power at work...GRRRRRR.....Luckily UPS works so all Servers seem OK. Back on at 6:30am so I think I'll just have a coffee and stay. Feel better now ! Thanks for listening !!

Tough luck Nick. I nearly did not make it to work at all today. We have that most wonderful of driving conditions, rain on ice with strong winds. I had difficulty getting up the lane from my house to the road, and that was with 4wd! When I stopped to close the gate I got out of the car and was nearly run over when the Niva decided to slide sideways when the wind blew .

Yesterday and today there have been many smashes on the roads. I was driving along a straight bit of road when suddenly the car drifted towards the middle (despite my best efforts otherwise), the wind had gusted a bit more and there was a gap in the houses. This was at just 35 kmh as well.

Bloody hell - you're right it IS snowing! First of the winter - and lots of it. Good job I don't have to go out today. Drive carefully people.

Thanks for the support guys !! Just got in !! 36hrs with 1 hrs sleep !! and 19hr shift. Back in at 6.30am for another 10hrs ! Time for bed !
