Driver's £28,000 in parking fines.

A woman clocked up £28,000 worth of parking fines in three years in Glasgow's city centre, it has emerged.

The driver regularly left her three vehicles in controlled spaces without paying.

Aparrantly she's coughed up 12k but still owes 5K per car. Is she or what. Obviously no but it sounds like she's not the only one. Maybe they sould look in a way to track offenders so they can actually tow them away.
