Can anyone get me BMI Baby email address?

Following my experience with BMI Baby last month, I have written my letter and now wish to email it.

Only they don't seem to have email addresses on their website (which I can understand) but their customer service reps won't/can't give me an address.

Preferably I need a customer service managers email address, or the Managing Directors address.

Please help me, email me offline; or on ned_bolton*hotmail.com (replace the * with @)

My mate's just SMS'd me ... he flew to Munich for the weekend, using BMI Baby ... he's stuck there still coz of all the snow ! Fair nuff, not BMI Baby's fault .... except they've lost his bags ! So he's stuck in Munich with no change of undercrackers
