Just done some further reading on this, seems it is both real and a hoax.

The technology works, but there is no 'plasma' and no implosion. All the GEET device does is allow the the engine to run on pre-heated petrol vapour, which can give up to 3 times the fuel efficiency in the right conditions.

Where the hoax comes in is the idea that it can run on any liquid, as it can all be turned into plasma fuel by the GEET device. Unfortunately not true, that is just part of the wild claims, the bubbling of the fuel/non-combustible liquid mix just allows the release of the fuel vapour, hence the demonstration of the fuel and suger mix on the vid (and not neat Coke, as claimed). Test have been performed with a number of different non-combustable liquids, water seems to help with the engine running, but there is no water consumed in the process, so it is not converted to fuel.

However, all that aside, it can increase fuel efficiency by 3 times and it appears the emissions are considerably cleaner than a standard combustion engine, so that in itself makes it an interesting system.

...Done more looking into this....A classic quote from another website examining the system about the GEET developers....

"He`s a great guy when he`s sober but needs to control his drinking..."....

The small guys have no chance...and the big boys know the thinking behind it now anyway...

Guys, the archilles heel of the GEET device is that it falls flat on it's face once you load the engine!

I looked into this several years ago.
