You guys know the old joke about the builder who reckons he might be a hypocondriac (sp?) cos his gynacologist told him so? Well according to the papers today, a 34 year old father of one is suing his local health authority cos it is refusing to give him a cervical smear test!
Apparently he thinks he's an hermaphrodite (he's been examined for this and there is no evidence that he is right) and as such also a women. Ergo, he feels it's his "right" to have a smear test.
Clearly the poor bloke is barking, but why is the Health Authority wasting tax payers money by holding the complaint hearings?

Anyone?

Because nobody in authority has the balls to say anything like "Oi, nutter!....NO!"

Same with all local government authorities.

The local Milton Keynes "wet lettuce brigade" government actually got a Union Flag taken down during the Queen's Jubilee year as they said it would "incite racial hatred". Who from? It's this country's nationl flag.

YET! They have allowed an Irish flag to be flown at a Pikey site!!!!!!!!!!

I don't want to have a rant over this but if you go to any other country, USA, France, Germany, India, Australia....etc you will see the National flags flying above local buildings and houses.

So why not here?
