Oh yes -78 degrees Celsius you'd have a black dead @rse in no time, I know from personal experience that dry ice can sting like hell. Why not go that extra
-118 degrees and have a bath in liquid nitrogen!

Im sure someone brought this up a few days ago..

How stupid do you have to be to sit on a block of dry ice let alone STAY sat on there!

Then again looking at the picture on the article I think we can safely say that she doesnt appear to be the brightest of people...

Never underestimate the stupidity of people. Im sure there must be a way to harness this for the good of mankind!

Just imagine if we could harness peoples stupidity and turn it into a positive force. Britain would be among the most powerful in the world. Given that technology though the Yanks would be virtually unstoppable

what are they fining the radio station for?

People who are so monumentally stupid are the ones that should be fined.

Anyway, I keep on saying it: who are we to interfere in the process of natural selection?

Still, it was a bit unkind of the plastic surgeon to take the necessary skin for the grafts from her face, wasn't it!

to be fair the radio station said they had changed from normal ice to dry ice at the last minute and told the contestants that it would only be slightly colder than normal, sitting on -87 ice would numb the ringpiece instantly so they would only feel it when it got back up yo body temp........jeeez that must have hurt like fcuk!

LOL! this is my local station, they like to be a little wacky; they were the station that organised a 'blind' wedding. like a blind date, but the first time they met was at the alter. They won a bmw and a penthouse for 12 months. cracking.

Helen Terry, 25, who took part in the contest and spent nearly three months in hospital, said: "It was just horrendous. You just don't think anything like that is going to happen.

"I was told it was the worst burns that the nurses at the unit had ever seen. The surgeon said that if the if had been on my hands or feet, they would have been amputated - that's how serious it was.

All that just to win some tickets for a music festival in Birmingham...I just hope they were in the standing-only section.
