A303? We came back from Devon this morning and the Scenics windscreen is covered with them. Some of them went with quite a sickening splat as well.

Yep im in west dorset (beaminster)A303 is a good road , i did have to stop a lorry on podimore roundabout as the lorry on his trailer had a damaged fuel tank and was pissing diesel all over the road ,As for flies i did hit a couple of large ones and you could feel them hitting the helmet with a thud ! also how many points for head butting a bat ?

To quote an old biker mate - "It's not biking unless you're picking bugs outta your teeth afterwards"

Same thing happened to me on the way to Le Mans one year. I had to stop to clean the visor as I couldn't see feck all. Five miles later I had to do the same.

We'll be able to pick out the happiest bikers... the ones with the most dead flies stuck to their teeth.
