Decent service

I'm quick enough to whinge and moan about poor service, so I thought itwould only be fair to report decent service for a change...
Had a dicky battery on the Elise for a few weeks. As an inept mechanic, I could remove the washer bottle along with the battery backing plate, and could disconnect the battery, but I couldn't get the bloody thing out. I connected it back up after charging it, phoned a few places, and the only place who said they could help was Kwik-Fit. Now, I've had a few instances of dissatisfaction from these people on other vehicles, but I was pretty desperate so I decided to give them another chance.
I arrived and was seen immediately. Even though it was pretty fiddly and it took two of them to change it (I even took the manual as they'd said on the phone they'd never change an Elise battery before!), they changed the battery, checked afterwards that everything was ok, and I was pretty impressed. How much of my enthusiasm is due to relief the car is now okay, I'm unsure, but I thought it fair that I mentioned it as I'm always happy to slag them off.
