Alarm for Porker
Discussion
The reason I sold my Porsche 944 was because I had to get a CAT1 alarm fitted and even then the premium was going to be £1400 ish. I'd already considered an elise an when I found that to be £650 a year I decided to get rid.
The main problem was servicing down this way - there are otnnes of great specialists up north but down here they look at 944's with disdain which is a real pity as they're such great cars.

I've found that with one of the specialists up here. They don't seem to be willing to put the effort in on a 944 even when charging me a grand for a service. I have just started using Hartech and can thoroughly recommend them.
My insurance is £500 a year, but being employed by the insurance company helps a bit.
