Ive just read on the West Yorks TVRCC site that gaydon is cancelled this year. Is this true? Anyone else got any info?
If so then PH Summer meet might be even more "full on"

May I suggest Ted phones Gaydon imediatly to see if the date can be taken over by the PH's summer event before anyone else gets in there? Rich...

The Heritage event list is quite empty, shouldn't be a problem getting any weekend, but the cost of hiring that place..

Sorry, I'm just not in a position to commit to anything like that yet. I've been looking into it and I really need to team up with an events company to manage such an event as it's too much for PH to cope with alone.

FYI, I contacted the HMC about holding a meet there a while back.
They'd be happy to have us but it would cost the same as Supercar Sunday, ie. £7 per car which includes entry into the museum.
Shame Supercar Sunday's been cancelled! I's been a good day out for the past 4 years!
Cheers.... Andrew

Bugger, one of the highlights of the year (don't get out much..... ) and it's cancelled!

Wondered why I hadn't had the info through yet.

Anyone know why?
