What would you have done?!

Rather a lot of bad karma on here today (maaaan
) so I thought it was time for a rather Mungoesque true story...
I was the after dinner speaker for an event recently, and as I was there alone, my hosts decided to sit me next to a *stunning* twentysomething employee (nearly 6' tall with a knee-tremblingly charming Irish accent
) - lets call her A. (Before I go any further, I must point out that I have been happily living together with my g/f for 18 months)
Anyhow, A proceeds to get rather tipsy, I strut my stuff on stage (polar bear attacks, frostbite, how to go to the loo at -40 etc etc) and sit back down for my first
of the evening. We seem to hit it off, and (as people start heading home/to their hotel rooms)A whispers in my ear that, during an earlier trip to the loo, her knicker elastic had snapped and that she was now "going commando" 
I'm not saying (yet) what happened next, but under the circumstances (remember, you've got the keys to a 5-star hotel room in your pocket, you've just had an ovation from 400 people & you're wearing black tie) what would you have done??!!?!

In response to the commando statement the comedy side of me says that you should have dropped yer trousers and shouted 'Its alright love, you can have these'.
However, when confronted with a 6ft Irish stunna' comedy would probably be the last thing on my mind
