I've just read the same - handed to me by a smiling ex-TWR employee. They're stating that they have £30m liabilities at present.
Still - less competition in our arena - probably good news for you too?....

Not sure how many ex-Reynard people went there AFTER Reynard folded last year! Bad news all round.
