What should be done with Muggers?

Dont know if this ones been done before,apologies if it has.
There was a program on sometime last night that was related to me today.
It was about pensioners who have been mugged, assaulted, beaten by so called muggers.
The very thought of attacking a frail and elderley person fills me with absolute rage and hatred at these bastards who do it.
I would gladly kill them for their cowardly actions.
What are your opinions on these scumbags, and what should we be doing to remove them from our society?

They do it in Singapore and it is a good deterrant. It's also cheap.
Neatly solves the problem.

Its rare that they go for elderly people, school kids are much better targets. Have been the victim of 7-9? muggings (I have seriously lost count) been threatened with knives and have seen people walking around actually holding guns.

Even though no one has ever got a penny from me and I have always walked away without any injury, it is only a matter of time. This is the biggest reason I want a car, as I can easily drive quickly out of that area everyday instead of walking through it.

I have to admit, the first few times scare me, but on the 6th time it really, REALLY got to me (my friend was injured badly as a result). I have spent more or less every school day of my life questioning whether I am going to get home safely. Its a real nightmare when you are approaching the end of school and you feel sick with nerves.

Personally, I believe all muggers should be kicked in the b*llocks and then shot right between the eyes. Bit extreme maybe, but then again they have made many of my friends and my own life a living hell.

I dont want to have to think about what im carrying with me whenever I venture out onto the streets. I dont want to constantly look around and judge people based on thier appearance. But I have no choice anymore.

Im not exactly some tiny little school kid either, im a 6'3" 17 year old, yet I still get targetted. Its ridiculous how insecure I feel about going out. Im only now becoming less paranoid about everyone (8months since the last mugging methinks.) Its no way to live, I hope the b*stards get whats coming to them.

BTW: All pistonheaders - AVOID Handsworth/Winson Green in Birmingham, hell on earth. The two areas combined have the biggest murder rate in Europe and I cant wait to see the back of it.

Sorry for the rant, its just a topic thats affected me for life.

I have read that people who indulge in this sort of activity are generally suffering from some form of chemical imbalance with makes them do these things, most common being a severe lead deficiency...best cure; 230 grains, cranially administered.
