Anyone else regularly drive past the fence you see on the M40 East just before the M25 where some time ago someone painted in huge letters "why do I do this every day?" Made me chuckle anyway.

Since then various Pro/Anti war slogans have gone up and more lately the rather witty "f**k Blair's Mother".

A big section is now painted out and it got me thinking what would make a good bit of grafitti to go up there (hypothetical debate of course, I'm not condoning vandalism - you have to go out in the cold to do that)

Remember a piece of grafitti in huge letters on a wall by a busy junction in Brighton saying: "Go on.. do it... phone in sick !"

It's not really a slogan but I chuckled when I saw this in a US newspaper:
"The only time France wants us to go to war is when the German Army is sitting in Paris sipping coffee"

Or there's the other one going the rounds at the moment:
Next time there's a war in Europe, the loser has to keep France

There was a picture in the paper yesterday of a bloke standing with a board which said

"Pave France. Britian needs more parking."
